We develop impact assessment frameworks and evaluate donor funded programs for social and economic impact. In addition, we carry out implementation research and monitoring and undertake portfolio level evaluation and strategic reviews of impact funds at various stages, including fund closure. We further design monitoring and evaluation, and management information systems for clients.
Our expertise guides decision-making during program launch and implementation. It further informs the design of new programs, course corrections, or scale-up of ongoing investments or projects.
