However, realizing these outcomes requires dedicated efforts to tackle the twin challenges of youth unemployment and underemployment, exacerbated by the slow growth of formal jobs relative to the large numbers of young people entering the workforce.

We leverage the power of technology, including digital and ICT, and foster connections between employers and employment-ready youth. Our experts facilitate access to market information, capital, and know-how for youth who desire to pursue entrepreneurship. We further help improve the enabling environment in which young people can thrive economically in the fullness of their diversity.
